The Outpatient Mental Health Clinic (OMHC) at Lifting Stigmas and Changing Lives LLC offers community-based services for diverse mental health needs. LSCL services is committed to providing a comprehensive evaluation for children, adolescents, and adults.

The OMHC at LSCL consists of psychiatric assessment, medication management, psycho-educational programs, specialized treatment planning, advocacy, and referrals to other supportive services.
