Lifting Stigmas and Changing Lives LLC will monitor the medications prescribed to clients to confirm that they follow the medication regimen given by the medical director. While monitoring medication, LSCL will work with all providers on the client’s care team to ensure medications are taken properly to achieve planned therapeutic outcomes.
